I thoroughly enjoyed compact and new-fashioned room in this hotel.
Units with a view. The hotel had a great and lovely location, a short walk to a train station. The property was close to bars and pubs. I had very relaxing days staying at this lovely family run hotel.

The staff were so friendly and eager to help. The room was a great size. I booked a triple room and there was loads of space. The beds were very comfortable, I got a great nights sleep and even though it's right on the quays close to pubs and shops it was quiet in the room. Will definately go back!

It is very centrally located with all city amenities within walking distance or short taxi ride. While we did not have dinner , the Bar food was quite good and the music entertainment was very good. The rooms were clean. Good value for money
Streetfront rooms are very noisy and some of the 'entertainment' outside our room window was not very welcome. Also a bus tour set off at 6.30am and there was no attempt by anyone to curtail the noise

We returned to the hotel on the afternoon of our stay and found the door of our room wide open with no-one inside. We had left our luggage in the room when we checked in and this included a laptop. It transpired that someone was working on a faulty lamp in our room. However, we had not been informed of this and were very surprised to find the room completely unattended. During the night we were awoken by other guests moving around upstairs - we could hear footsteps very clearly through the ceiling.
